 Thank you @oglekler!

 I rebased the PR, and I also moved the upgrade from `upgrade_630` to
 `upgrade_640`. I used a dummy version number for the
 `$wp_current_db_version` and set it to `57000` for the sake of this patch.
 The DB version is something that changes on release, so not a blocker.
