 **Steps to Reproduce**[]
 Activate Twenty Twenty theme.
 Choose Table block.
 Change the color of the text.
 Bug occurs. Now see the difference between both sides. Back End side, you
 don't have exact same color chosen as the text color for the border. For
 the user side, it is working fine.
 Expected Results
 ✅ After the patch, it should work
 Actual Results
 ❌ 58022.alternative.patch, not working on my end.
