 Hi there, welcome to WordPress Trac! Thanks for the report.

 I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your website. It looks like
 the error is caused by an incomplete upgrade, specifically the `wp-
 includes/class-wp-duotone.php` file is missing.

 I would suggest downloading the [https://wordpress.org/download/ latest
 version of WordPress] and replacing the `wp-includes` directory with a
 fresh copy, that should fix the issue.
