 I edited the title of your ticket since "News Hat" isn't telling us
 much... This will make it easier to search too.

 While I personally like the idea, I'm going to say "close" here. Since I
 feel this is going into plugin territory. Especially since this would add
 some major complexity for other users who don't need this feature.
