 @sarahh1997, at leehodson, @hmnvtn do you have any custom blocks installed on
 your sites, or plugins that add additional blocks? If so are you able to
 provide details about what these are please?

 We are having trouble replicating this on a fresh 6.3 install with no
 plugins, so it would be good to try and work out what the common factor is
 across the sites that are having this problem.
