 [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/4999 This PR] is a
 start at collecting TTFB & LCP (and LCP - TTFB).

 For collecting more stuff in the future I'd recommend using Lighthouse, as
 it's meant for lab tests like this. The web-vitals library is more
 targeted at collecting the data in the field.
