 @alexpaterson that error makes sense if you've reverted to the old admin
 and includes folders, because the `wp_lazyload_term_meta` function did not
 exist prior to WP 6.3. I'd suggest doing a clean reinstall of 6.2.2 to
 make sure things are all working as expected, prior to running an upgrade
 to 6.3 as a way of ruling out any file conflicts caused by manually
 uploading and renaming folders.
