Comment:

 There is a lot being reported here, and most of it is unrelated.

 Since there have been no other similar reports during the beta/RC period
 and the error messages seem to indicate an incomplete update, I'm going to
 close this out as a `worksforme`.

 There is one valid issue that still needs to be fixed, though: the 404
 errors for the external libraries.

 @sumitsingh can you please open a new ticket specifically for that issue?
 In the future, please try to open up a separate ticket for each individual
 issue.
