 === Steps to Reproduce
 1. Go to any WordPress post
 2. Input any invalid data in any input field
 3. Click submit button


 === Expected Results
 1.  Page should not redirect
 2.  Validation error for all error fields should show

 === Actual Results
 1.  Redirected to a new URL with error page
 2.  Shows only first validation error in the form
