 Thanks for the ticket!

 Hmm, looking at the
 [https://github.com/paragonie/sodium_compat/compare/v1.18.0...v1.18.1 full
 list of changes], they only affect three files:
 * `README.md`
 * `autoload-fast.php`
 * `autoload-pedantic.php`

 But none of them are bundled with WordPress. `autoload-fast.php` and
 `autoload-pedantic.php` are not even included in the package, so the only
 difference between the 1.18.0 and 1.18.1 packages is `README.md`.

 So it looks like there is nothing to update for WordPress core at this
 time.
