 load_script_textdomain's third parameter($path)'s default value is null
 which generates a deprecated warning when  untrailingslashit is called on
 Admin Screen.

 Steps to reproduce :
 1) Install 6.1-beta1-54288 with WP_DEBUG set to true
 2) Switch to TTT theme
 3) Load any admin page
