 Hi and welcome to WordPress Trac!

 I'm sorry that your phone number is on someone else's site. Unfortunately,
 this Trac is for the development of the WordPress open source software, so
 this is not the right place to get help.

 For now, I recommend adding a comment on any page of their site where your
 number is: "Please correct your phone number." They simply could have made
 a mistake.

 If they ''cannot'' update the site anymore (or if they do not correct it
 in the next few weeks), you might try using [https://wordpress.com/support
 /report-blogs/ WordPress.com support] to report the site. The category
 choices do not fit this situation well, though.

 I'm closing the ticket as "invalid" because there is nothing we can do
 about it in Trac.
