 The top margin on `.widget li` was in the theme early (and
 [https://github.com/WordPress/twentytwenty/pull/261/files#diff-
 b78be019f1dc6d57753ea900c3805b114cd53ab7c0db836cc081836df1b99b7aR2702
 increased before the theme became available]), so I think that needs to
 stay.

 [attachment:"56474.diff"] removes the top margin from social icons in a
 widget area, without affecting other list widgets.
