 I would like to add some more ideas:

 Sometimes the server sends the data in Bytes (eg. 268435456 instead of 256
 Mebibyte) or respond with "-1" (meaning unlimited or the value from
 another config is used).

 I like the idea of @birgire using the raw data directly from the server
 (using the *exact* phrase to support technical people) and additionally a
 more explanatory version which is more readable. Like adding "seconds" or
 translating Bytes to MiB, explaining what -1 means or showing the value
 which is used instead of the -1, and so on ...
