Comment:

 Moving to Future Release for now, this can be put on a release milestone
 again when there is consensus about removing jQuery Migrate 3.3.x, as per
 the step 3 of the [https://make.wordpress.org/core/2020/06/29/updating-
 jquery-version-shipped-with-wordpress/ roadmap for updating jQuery to
 3.x].
