#56777: I get a database error when installing new WordPress.

 Set wp-config.php in the procedure to install new WordPress (set WP_DEBUG
 to true).
 Create a new data base.

 When I access install.php, I get an error message that there is no posts
 table.
 Is there any way to avoid the error message or SQL?
