 Added a comment on the PR, the data being sent over should already include
 `sqlite3` in the extension list, although it seems `phpversion( 'sqlite3'
 )` isn't returning the loaded library version.. so the only data known
 there would be the version of PHP it's bundled with.

 I hadn't had a chance to actually start storing the data, so don't have
 any updates on that... Do you have any idea of how best to expose the
 numbers?
