 If hosters wants to increase the default value, it can be done via the wp-
 config.php file.

 The idea behind this ticket is double:
 - Setting the default value as the PHP default value (as a minimum one)
 - Setting some control, so users cannot overflow the memory with
 inadequate values (over the hosting / PHP set)
