 ticket and patch.

 Looks like there is another change in your patch. You replaced
 `$wp_xmlrpc_server = new $wp_xmlrpc_server_class;` with `$wp_xmlrpc_server
 = new $wp_xmlrpc_server_class();`. Is it on purpose?
