 I put the site into troubleshooting mode (using the Healthcheck and
 Troubleshooting plugin version 1.5.1) and created a post with a gallery.
 It displays correctly. I had not enabled any of the other plugins in this
 mode. However, as soon as I disable the troubleshooting, it reverts to a
 single column display.

 What do you advise?

 WordPress 6.1 without plugins and created a new gallery, and it displays
 in columns in both the editor and front.
