 When setting gradient angle, if the circle, within popover

 {{{
 .components-angle-picker-control__angle-circle-indicator
 }}}

 is clicked, the popover closes.
 Either disable its use - so users have to enter the degree numbers, or
 allow user to set the degree using the circle - without the popover
 closing.
 Tested on clean install, no plugins, and tested using several themes
 (including Twenty Twenty-One).
