 As @ryelle said, there is no "For developers" section in the content.
 Something that we might raise in the doc itself.

 The headings "Welcome to WordPress 6.0", "More design tools," and "Learn
 More About WordPress 6.0" have H2 styles to create three separated
 sections, but that is open to change indeed.

 I also submitted the graphic assets to the 6.0 folder
 (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1wgNLq-
 m9x1UfVIda4QIo4PeJ2GFDjx0r?usp=sharing) and currently working on the
 dashboard banner variations. I will come up with a proposal this week.
