 1096], while in `Draft`, was updated 2 months ago and uses an alternative
 approach to the `$gd_info`, `$imagick_info` and `gd_supported_formats`
 variables. However,

 48116.3.diff] was proposed for `commit`.

 @adamsilverstein, can you confirm whether the PR is an updated version of
 the patch and is the `commit` candidate, or if
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/48116/48116.3.diff
 48116.3.diff] does indeed need a refresh?
