 Per the discussion in the bug scrub, I'm adding `has-testing-info`. See

 for testing instructions.

 Does anyone have any further thoughts on how to proceed without the
 additional, expensive meta query? Is the radical approach in
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/41445#comment:41 this comment]
 desirable, or?
