 Scenario:
 Child themes inherit template parts from the parent theme but on the site
 editor page, the "Added by" column defaults to displaying the child theme
 even though the template parts are inherited from the parent.

 This creates confusion as to where the actual templates are located.

 Probably should look into _build_block_template_result_from_post() as
 well.
