 > Should the URL show the edited image url, or should the header for the
 field be updated to indicate it is the "original" image (if that is what
 it is)? So instead of "File URL" maybe "Original file URL"?

 The URL should use the rotated version as the URL as when you reload the
 page after the edit has been completed the URL now uses the rotated
 version.

 Same for the File URL when the page is refreshed the File URL now
 references the rotated version, so in this case both fields should be
 updated to reflect the new values for:

 - File URL
 - Filename
 - File size
 - Dimensions

 From my perspective, the expected result is the same as if you refresh the
 page and new values are populated in the areas described above.
