 https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/17262#comment:55 which explains how
 the conflict between "post-thumbnail" and "thumbnail" size keywords leads
 to the output of the wrong image, thereby causing performance issues on
 any site using `get_the_post_thumbnail`.
