 To me, the graphic with the baloons and version number feels like a
 content-bearing image, and should have some form of alternative text.
 Adding accessible text to :before content is not the most widely supported
 method, but it would be better than nothing, e.g.e

 ```:before {
    content: 'Balloon graphic 5.9';
 }```
