Comment:

 Since this issue was discovered to be caused by a third party framework,
 I'm going to mark it as `invalid`.

 I'm going to presume it's a bit late to ask for more specific error
 messages at this time, sorry about that, but the network pages are
 technically "there" even on a single site install, but are not active, so
 it may have been a logical error in the framework used that tried to
 reference such a page.
