 Hi and thanks for the report!

 I was able to reproduce the problem with both the "Gallery" and "Tile
 Gallery" blocks in my ''WordPress.com'' test site, but not in a
 WordPress.org site installation. It seems they manipulate the markup
 somehow (probably not either the Gutenberg or Jetpack plugin).
