Comment:

 This ticket was reviewed in the recent bug scrub.

 The ticket has testing info for
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/27697/27697.2.diff
 27697.2.diff]. However, this could be explained a little more for testers.
 Adding `has-testing-info` and I'll post more detailed testing instructions
 below.
