 Hi @koupmi

 Welcome to the trac! Did you check if your directory where debug.log file
 will be written is writable? Most of the time it's the issue of writing
 permissions. Usually debug.log will be placed if not specified under
 **/wp-content/**

 Please check your installation setup & let us know how we can also
 reproduce the issue on a fresh installation with proper write permission.
