Comment:

 `get_block_templates()` was [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-
 develop/blob/66946f6df5fe9b950503aa38df30c416f6ed2f30/src/wp-includes
 /block-template-utils.php#L593 introduced in 5.8]. As this is a display
 issue, removed performance focus and adjusted severity.
