 Query: Restore late `compact()` call for SQL clauses in `wp-includes
 /class-wp-*-query.php`.

 This addresses a backward compatibility break where `posts_groupby` and
 other filters were applied, but their results were subsequently discarded
 and earlier values were used instead.
