We checked into this ticket in a 6.0

Under the assumption that the PR is the most recent version of this:
I tested, and the patch generated from the PR seems to apply as expected.
Folks present thought that the most recent PR seemed reasonable, but
review from Meta was needed to make sure the format looks good.
@dd32 Might you or someone else from the team have a chance to check to
see if it looks ready?
