 Hello @olitamodel, thanks for the ticket!

 Are you using elementor pro plugin or elementor free plugin? If you are
 using a elementor free plugin, then you can create a footer by installing
 the elementskit-lite plugin or any other plugin. And if you use elementor
 Pro plugin, then there is an option to create footer in elementor Pro
 plugin.
