 Were you able to verify?

 (or maybe MainWP, but that runs automatically and I don't recall the issue
 there). I'll try the manual updating when I get the chance. If that works,
 I'll let the IWP guys know about the issue. Thanks!

 As it's been 5 years, I'll assume the issue has been resolved or was due
 to a plugin. Closing the ticket. Please reopen if the problem persists.
