 It looks like the link on the

 Testing] page to checkout the SVN repository should be updated to
 [https://develop.svn.wordpress.org/trunk/].

 However, as the page speaks to developers and non-developers alike, it
 might be worth linking to the
 [https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/tutorials/installing-wordpress-
 locally/from-svn/ Installing via SVN] page instead, as it gives a step-by-
 step guide to getting set up with SVN, including different workflows.
