Comment:

 @azaozz I’ve just gave the latest patch (
 https://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/51749 ) a try in my test
 environment, and I’m not sure that it really fixes all the issues we have
 seen.

 Feels like perhaps there is one more place where the `wp.editor` is being
 overridden with the `wp.oldEditor`.

 Looks like the change in
 https://build.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/51255/#file2 on line 8 has the
 same effect as the one which was patched in
 https://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/51749
