 Sorry, Trac is not the correct place for help with individual sites. You
 could try the support forums:

 The robots meta tag that encourages indexing should come from the Yoast
 SEO plugin. Because the first robots tag comes before the title, I think
 it might be within the theme's template file. Otherwise, it could be added
 by another SEO-related plugin.
