 Hello @theexamonline and welcome to trac!

 This notice was added in ticket #52534 to fix a warning in PHP 8 and throw
 a notice instead.

 The message is intentional and correctly describes how script localization
 should be used. It will only be displayed if `WP_DEBUG` is `true` which is
 not recommended for production sites.

 If you are seeing these messages on production sites, you'll be able to
 find some help to disable it by asking in the
 [https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ WordPress support forums].

 As this was an intentional change, I'm going to close this ticket as
 wontfix. In this case, it's Trac's slightly unfriendly term to indicate
 the change in behaivour was intentional.
