Comment:

 [attachment:"28117.1.patch"] refreshes the conditional statement (Internet
 Explorer classes were removed in

 Also, I removed the `nojq` class from the PHP because
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/46872/trunk/src/js/_enqueues/lib
 /admin-bar.js the script no longer removes it].
