 I was able to reproduce it on 5.6.2 and 5.7 RC2.

 I've reported it upstream in this issue
 https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/29594 as this functionality
 is part of Gutenberg.

 Closing this ticket as it will handled upstream.
