 I am going through some issues related to the upgrade/install component.
 Can you confirm this issue is still relevant?
 In the past five years, the hosting landscape has changed in terms of
 resources made available to users (not all the hosts, of course!) but if
 you - or anyone else - has noticed such issues, let's continue the
 conversation and hopefully start working on a patch.
