 Added the new theme.json screenshot, and spacing updates in
 [attachment:"52775.5.diff"].

 Without the time to get proper feedback from the accessibility team, I'd
 rather stick with something we know works - this nav pattern has been
 iterated on based on feedback from the a11y team in the past. There have
 been a bunch of interesting concepts for the About section from the design
 team this cycle - if you were to start a ticket when 5.9 kicks off, I bet
 we could get some of these ideas implemented :)
