 I chatted with Abha about this yesterday and confirmed that any changes
 need to be updated in each person's wordpress.org profile. No additional
 work on this one!

 I'll try to get the PR published today so we can get that in ASAP.

 We don't want to remove it entirely. There seems to be some disconnect
 between dev and design preferences, which I'm trying to chase down right
 now. Putting it in the third position and potentially changing some
 wording may be where it lands. I'm trying to be as quick as possible with
 getting it all settled.
