 @jorgefilipecosta if this is the case, we should make sure that the list
 of default/core color slugs are listed in the handbook as "reserved",
 probably here [https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-topics
 /theme-json/#color]. That said, I absolutely feel that if the default/core
 palette is disabled, themes should be able to register anything they like.
