Comment:

 Now that plugins can finally be updated/replaced by uploading a ZIP file
 without having to delete it first, is this still a common enough issue
 users encounter?

 If so, I'd still lean towards offering two buttons instead of a checkbox,
 and I could easily update my patch for that.
