 Feeds: Rename "Summary" to "Excerpt" in Reading Settings.

 On the "Reading Settings" page, the post excerpt was referred to as a
 "Summary".  For consistency with the rest of Core, this change updates
 "summary" to "excerpt" both in the setting and the relevant help tab.
