Comment:

 The theme is actually Gazette Edition, which does not seem to be
 supported/updated anymore.

 So I recommend switching to another theme (under Appearance). Twenty
 Sixteen might be close enough for a quick fix, and you can either
 customize that or look for another theme that fits better.
